Series A Syringe- Built-in Valve

The Series A syringe is supplied with a turn valve for storage of samples at either sub-ambient pressures or elevated pressures to 250psi. This syringe eliminates back-flushing prior to injection because you can slightly pressurize the sample. The Series A syringe contains a positive rear flange plunger stop to prevent blowout of the barrel at elevated pressures. The plunger is made of PTFE for a leak tight fit.

Series A-2 Syringe- Push Button Valve

This is one of the handiest syringes available for gas sampling. The Series A-2 features a unique push-button valve that allows sample storage capability in syringes as small as 25 µl. It is also useful for samples with low-boiling components that could be lost through evaporation. The push-button valve allows for pre-pressurizing the samples before injection. The A-2 syringe has very low dead volume due to the special needle and needle connector.

Series C Syringe- Without Valve

This syringe has all the features of the Series A except the valve. It is useful for everyday in-lab sampling; low-cost. The Series C syringe has a special slip-on needle connector for a lower dead volume than the average luer-style connectors.

Series D Syringe- Economical

The Series D syringe is a high-precision, no frills gas syringe. The syringe has a leak-tight Pressure-Lok® plunger tip and a no-dead-volume barrel design.

Pressure-Lok Mini-Injector- Injects as little as 0.01µL

With this syringe you can directly inject small samples for capillary columns without using splitters, for improved reproducibilty. The Pressure-Lok Mini Injector uses a notched plunger within the needle; the fixed sample volume is contained in the notch. A PTFE packing seals the needle and plunget to prevent leakage. Available in two fixed volumes, needle length is 2 3/4".

Series CG-130 Syringe- Research grade

The Series CG-130 has a plunger gauged to stop at zero without bottoming out. This aids in stopping the needle from plugging or dislodging and enhances reproducibility. The CG-130 syringe handles gases or liquids and has a PTFE plunger tip. Syringes are colour coded for identification.

 

Series C-120 Syringe- Leak-Proof Seal

Suitable for general purpose chromatography work. It comes equipped with a PTFE plunger and provides a leak tight seal to 250psi. This syringe can be used with liquids or gases. The Series C-120 also includes a barrel extension beyond the rear flange, which permits attachment of a vacuum bulb or line for cleaning.

 

Series C-160 Syringe- High Quality

The C-160 offers reliable performance at an economical price. A plunger tip of stress-formed virgin PTFE is self-lubricating and durable, and the PTFE needle seat at the rear of the needle prevents possible dissolution of the needle cement or contamination of the sample. Pressure rated at 250psi max, gases and liquids. Replacement needles are open and bevel type, sized .019" x .005" 2 2.25.

Available for normal (standard) or viscous liquid samples. The viscous syringes use needles with wider ids. Needle ids for the standard syringe is 0.005"; needle ids for the viscous syringes are listed below.

The Dynatech syringe for the Agilent 7673A has the Pressure-Lok® design and a PTFE plunger tip for greater precision and durability. The syringe has 10 µl capacity.
