The
Electronic Crimper is designed to fit around vials
placed in standard autosampler trays. The adjustable
setting provides a precision crimp, vial after vial.

The
cycle of these tools are controlled precisely with
an internal counter.
The
newly designed Electronic crimpers and decappers have
the battery already installed.
The new battery system alows for quick, powerful operation
and a faster charge cycle, minimising downtime. The battery
is easily recharged by plugging the DC power supply into
the crimping tool. When charging is complete, the LED
light on the tool will begin blinking green. Simply disconnect
the tool and use. Charging the battery only takes thirty
minutes to two hours.
The power supply comes with a plug set for opration in
most countries.
Electronic crimpers and decappers are designed to be adjusted
for most aluminium caps and standard seals used in the
lab. To adjust the crimp setting, simply push the adjustment
buttons on the front of the crimping tool as desired.
The negative button will adjust to a looser crimp and
the plus button will adjust to a tighter crimp. Crimpers
and decappers easily fit around vials in a standard autosampler
tray

The
HD Crimper is designed to take on tasks that exceed the capability
of the battery-powered electronic crimper. The HD Crimper controller
box conatins a universal 150 watt dc power supply that can be
plugged into the ac line (120/230 volt 50/60 hz)
The
motor is powerful enough the crimp and remove magnetic steel crimp
caps used in autosamplers with magnetic pickup arms. Even these
caps can be crimped in approximately 1.5 seconds.
The
portable tool portion of the HD Crimper is connected to the controller
box with a flexible cable. It can be mounted in a support bracket
that is artatched to the rear of the case, or it can be used as
a portable tool when working with vials in racks.
The
crimp cycle can also be started with an optional foot pedal.

hand operated crimpers are used to secure aluminum caps to autosampler
vials. They are easy to use and durable for years of dependable
service. Crimper jaws are made of steel. An adjustable stop in
the handle can be set to give the same sealing tightness every
time. Available in four sizes: 8mm for all crimp top vials using
8mm caps; 11mm for all vials using 11mm caps (includes standard
wide-mouth 12 x 32mm crimp vials); 13mm and 20mm (for crimp-top
head space vials)
